Yovi Jisun SONG

Korean Curatorial Team: Main Exhibition Curator
  • Song holds an MA in Art Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and a BA in Art Theory from Korea National University of Arts. She is a Visiting Professor at Daegu Arts University and worked d as an Associate Curator for Artist Pension Trust Asia. Her recent projects include participating in the Art Archive Project at Daegu Art Museum, and organizing international collaborations: From here to eternity (Berlin, Turku, Seoul) and Artists and Social Welfare: Korea & Finland. Managed the independent art space SpaceBA in Seoul for five years, and initiated the Art and Disaster project to foster institutional exchange between the UK and South Korea.

    In 2017, she was a Project Curator at the Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS), focusing on the intersection of science and art. Song’s practice spans art, archives, and education, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
